OMG! I sure hope I don’t win then! ;(

The hype train is ready for Sunday. Coming for you Absurdist!

I have no chance at catching Absurdist, but I definitely have GenJeFT in my cross hairs.

I doubt I will be able to watch it live, I will probably still be out abusing the Jeep.

I’m gonna be away for a week so I’ll miss it. But good luck everyone!

As long as you dont crash you will win, you qualified in front of me but the times are so close that if you suffer any damage I will pass you.

We will see which one gets more damage real life or game :smiling_imp:

Edit: Looks like I will be able to watch it live, the wrong part came in.

Doing lunch for mothers day… probably won’t make the Live showing :\

Stream is starting in 7 minutes, come join us here: http://www.twitch.tv/pyrlix

pyrlix, NormanVauxhall, and I will be your commentators for this race.

Sadly missed the stream but Pyrlix gave me the results.

My current driver might live longer than the last one.

I only had to replace 1 fender who hoooo!

Darn you reverse start, always bogged down so bad in the traffic :*(

my car has something like 38 rel. , the mech failure was pobably from the previous crash (no race intakes either)

And the Race 3 is now on U-Tube!

hooray, I actually got a point! With Absurdist plowing through the ridiculously tightly bunched pack late in the second race, my POS somehow managed to grab onto his coat tails and jumped from 27th to 21st in the follow-through!

Car’s still a POS though. I’m skeptical it’s even going to make it up Kesselchen xD

Hooray!

25th and 33rd finish in the races but ZERO damage in either! First time ever!

Oof - my car was very, very poor in the reverse start, this time. Simply could not make a pass for love or money.

Edit: A thought - when it comes to acceleration in race situations, I wonder if the 80-120 kph (50-75 mph) acceleration time might be more relevant than the 0-100 kph (0-62 mph) time.

I believe some of us have discussed this before, it is pretty important to have good 80-120 acceleration as most of the time (with good cornering speed) you won’t drop below 80kph and therefore getting back up to speed out of corners requires gearing that facilitates good 80-120 acceleration.

Right - I was just thinking about the trump cards. They list 0-100 times but not 80-120 times.
