[Car Builder] Intermediate Visualisation Layer

I think it would be nice to have a layer of visualisation between full car and car without body.
A Visualisation layer that just removes the hood so that we can see both the full car and also a glimpse of the engine in the engine bay.

It’s nothing really core but it’s nice for pictures and screen-shots.

Check out the vertical slider bar on the right side of the game screen :wink: it’s already there.

There isn’t one with no bonnet though. We want to add that, it’ll be easier when we go to unity.
