The Supra is the single most overrated JDM sports car of the 90s, followed by the Skyline GTR, the difference is the GT-R is actually a competent sports car. The 2JZ as well. It is inferior to an LS motor in all aspects, packaging, weight, power potential, and price.

every supra owner thinks and believes (oh, the power of placebo) that their car has 700hp. Automatically so, as the car has a 2JZ. Even if they have never performed an oil change on it in their life because it is below the 2JZ to require such lowly maintenance.

I’m thinking Mitsubishi, as the now current “Scoobies” are a tad larger and quite heavier for rallying than their older versions, making them more suitable for things like the WTCC for example.
