CSR 152 - Hole in One (Complete)

Requiring a tech pool of 0 for all categories makes most sense in old-school challenges reminiscent of those in previous game builds, but for this one, I would prefer leaving the tech pool system as it currently is.

Speaking of which, after fiddling with the tech pool settings and removing the launch control (which I felt was unnecessary for 2005, considering my choice of transmission - a 6-speed advanced automatic), I got my entry from over $46k (now way over budget) to just $42.5k.

Modern Performance, Italian Touch.

2004 Primus Cognoscenti

After six years, our flagship is ready for a facelift. With newest gadgets and a slightly updated styling, it’s ready to show the new competitors why a mature professional is never to underestimate.
It’s not totally out of time, it doesn’t grab your secretary’s butt, neither is it drinking over the limits, nor chain-smoking with it’s exhaust. It’s the well-behaving gentleman among luxury sedans, now it has visited the beauty doc.

Now, after also visiting the gym, for next year the V12 is back - more muscular and in better shape than ever under it’s business suit. Make sure to order your 2005 Primus Cognoscenti 600 in time!
$ 45.000 are a lot of money, but you didn’t become successful because you skipped a good investment, did you?

@abg7 Let’s see if Ventnor can surpass the Primus. I enjoy our slugfest.

Now that’s a good looking car, probably one of your best looking builds this far!

Much appreciated, now we’ll have to see if the engineering is up to snuff.

The Nur-Spec version of this car is bananas, but that’s for another competition

Sorry for asking but uh… after reading through everything, does no rule change and other than the budget limit?

The new tech pool distribution is as follows:

Even with the 10% reduction in the budget cap (from $50,000 to $45,000), $45k is still enough to allow for plenty of freedom in design and engineering choices.

Multipliers are gone aren’t they?

Yes, all of the tech pool multipliers have been removed, so every tech pool point counts as 1 no matter where it was assigned.

We hereby announce the launch of Nerruci s480 Blue Edition.

Nerruci Motors Corporation has come with a new edition of their Grand Tourer otherwise known as Luxury Coupe, s480 C. The s480 Blue Edition is fitted with a 3.0-liter Twin-Turbo boxer 6 engine that can produce up to 485-bhp. The s480 Blue Edition also comes with a better and more luxurious interior than the s480 C. The s480 Blue Edition is also fitted with a Sequential Transmission compared to the Automatic transmission from the s480 C.

Exterior

Sleek side profile that could stun anyone watching. The s480 Blue Edition also have Matte Black rims with a streak of gold.

Beautiful frontal-feature, Nerruci is proud to say that the designer have worked very well to make the s480 looks stunning from all angle.

Simple but effective rear. The s480 rear is a simple design but very effective and works with the car.

Despite having a twin-turbo, the s480 Blue Edition won’t be affected by turbo lag on cruise. Our results shows that the Turbo kicks in at about 4000 rpm while usual cruise speed would be at 2000 rpm.

We at NMC cares about our consumers and customers. We ensure that everything is perfect to the tee. The s480 Blue Edition are guaranteed more comfortable, more luxurious, and more performance than the last. Be sure to check it out, priced at only $43500.

2005 KMA KC60

Model shown is KC60 in Ruby Red Metallic with Maroon/Cream interior and 6-speed automatic transmission.

Picture this: You’re wealthy, and you find yourself looking for a new car to treat yourself to, when your heart is asking a very important question: “Why settle for a (relatively) boring truck/SUV or sedan/wagon when you can have a real sports car instead?”

To which your head responds: “Sports cars are rarely comfortable, so why bother with having one as your daily driver?”

So you ask yourself about a third option: “Why settle for appeasing only one or the other when you can satisfy the demands of both?”

The KC60 does just that. With its 450-bhp 6.0L V12 mated to a manual or automatic transmission (both with 6 speeds) and limited-slip differential, it has the heart of a sports car - and with an all-aluminum body and chassis, plus 4-wheel independent suspension (incorporating semi-active dampers and sway bars) and large vented disc brakes (carbon-ceramics optional), it handles and stops like one as well, which makes it equally capable attacking the Angeles Crest Highway as it is cruising through Beverly Hills, disproving the notion that its rivals have a monopoly on prestige and performance.

That takes care of the sporty side of the equation, but we haven’t forgotten about the luxury part. With a high-quality leather interior (available in a wide range of colors) accented with your choice of genuine wood, metal or piano black trim, plus a CD player (with 12-disc changer) and AM/FM/satellite radio linked to a high-end 8-speaker sound system, you won’t be disappointed in the slightest - especially with a comprehensive list of safety kit (a total of six airbags, plus ABS/TC/ESC) as standard, doing its work to minimize risk of injury to occupants.

All of this would be of little use unless the outside looked as good as the inside, and we made sure it did. Clean, simple, yet elegant styling ensures that the KC60 leaves behind a positive impression wherever it goes. Its sleek shape incorporates racing-inspired aerodynamics (including a front spoiler and rear diffuser, with a performance undertray) to keep its tires planted on the ground at all times, even in the most spirited driving - but most of the time, you won’t have a clue they’re there. And we even threw in a trunk big enough to swallow a set of golf clubs or two, just in case.

At this point, you’re wondering how much this thing costs just to buy. Well, at $42,300 AMU (after tech pool), it’s not cheap, but then again, you’ll get a lot of car for your money. And if you’re brave enough to buy one, then you’ll feel like you’ve won the game of life. So what are you waiting for? Seek your nearest dealer, take the KC60 for a test drive, and get a taste of the grand touring life you’ve always wanted!
