The 1970 DCMW engine lineup is very diverse, but thankfully each variant has color-coded heads to distinguish them based on their purpose.

Just added the first of two straight-six families. One more of those, at least one V12 family, and possibly a flat-8 if the contract with Saberin (@shibusu) allows it.

your engine, do with it what you want, er…-
‘Ilaris Araga on behalf of Saberin allows the engine to be used outside of the Rapiere and its variants’

how do you get flat 8s? is it a mod or something?

there’s no engine mods afaik, probably just a flat 8 in the lore

i’ve seen images of a flat 8 in one of their cars

3d fixtures

ahh. I’d do that but I’m too bad at design to pull it off

Correct - it’s engineered as a V8, modeled to look like a flat-8 for shits n giggles. We ended up sending it as a flat-plane V8, but there are comparably good reasons to simulate it as a cross-plane.
