Can I join the competition? And how to make my game open beta?

no problem ofcoarse you can join. In your steam library right click automation select properties then opt into open beta

Thanks. I have read the requirements, and I am starting my work on my pickup truck :relaxed:

Can I use partial alu ?

Yes you can
You can also edit the post with extra question, so there are no double-posts

Thanks :relaxed:

heā€™s on Stable. itā€™s ok.

@phale you got your MPG figures backwards, it should be 18 US, and 15 UK, as UK gallons are bigger

And kids, thatā€™s why everybody should use S.I. units. On this occasion, big congrats to Australians for being like the only people on earth that actually even use kW for power.

Iā€™m slightly confused. I could swear there was 14.7 L/100km at the begining and even @HighOctaneLove s truck is tuned that way. Now there is 15.6 L/100km. Is 15.6 final?

EDIT:

And there were no negative sliders for safety only and now itā€™s for allā€¦

This is getting messy. @phale what are the original rules?

No, John, you are backward.

well then. i feel like a bonehead

Itā€™s actually counter-intuitive and an easy mistake to make.

Uh oh, looks like I made a mistake. My original specification was 15 mpg US, which is 15.6 L/100km. So the current rule is correct. 14.7 L/100km is 16 mpg, which is incorrect. Sorry for the confusion!

I also said that negative sliders are only restricted for safety, they are allowed elsewhere.

so 15.6l/100km?

Can I use positive sliders?

Read the rules. If youā€™re under budget you can use quality.

Thanks

Have some confidence, besides, we are all restricted by the same rules! :stuck_out_tongue:

I canā€™t even finish mine, that utility is making it a really, really hard work. I already have 4 pick-ups and 8 engines, and no one achieved the 90 utility.

Edit: My max was 88, but without enough fuel economy or comfort.
