After looking at some challenges that state “Vanilla Bodies Only” or variants of I would like to suggest a small mark/dot/star/etc on the body icons (and possibly trim parts too) that have been installed, this way we can see which bodies/trim pieces are from the workshop and which are stock, I tend to NOT enter “vanilla” challenges because I do not want to go through the hassle of uninstalling all the mods just so I can see what the vanilla parts are.
I’m in agreement with this. I can remember what *most *of the body and trim parts came with vanilla, but to save myself the headache of building a car and accidentally using one, or completely uninstalling mods in order to build one, I am also avoiding vanilla competitions. Some sort of indicator on the parts/bodies would make this much simpler, but I’m not sure if the game is able to determine this, or if it would be something done by the modders themselves? At any rate, with more mods being released weekly, this really needs to happen.
That is on our ToDo list, yes!
WOO!!! This just keeps getting better and better
There is also something in the options before you start the game that allows you to turn workshop mods on or off.
YES! What Speedemon said ^
This would the lives of Automation players so much easier.

it is already a thing in the steam version
Yep, I just noticed that too today, never realized it was there since I always skip that menu now. Better than nothing but not as good as icons at least I dont have to manually remove every mod.
You can do that? God damnit…
I’ve put on the thumbnails of my lua edited vents the writing “ZNOPRESK MOD” to allow people to knew it is a mod.
I’ll suggest all the modders to add a text in the thumbnails of their mod too.
And I find that VERY helpful!
