Enter works for the “check mark”.
Arrow keys for very, very precise and gentle movements and/or rotation of the fixtures.
Tab to jump around to different fixtures.
I think the keyboard can be used for fine-adjusting.

This is a genuinely great idea!
I agree, generally I think keyboard shortcuts for various functions/buttons are a good idea 
Definitely a sensible thing to include, we’ll see how many we’ll include in the Steam release.
