Dunno if it’s been suggested before.
Non cross flow head design for engine designer.
One of my previous cars (a 1987 corolla!) still utilized a non crossflow head design (4A-C engine)
It’s less efficient etc but would be good for older cars.
Also maybe options for “flat top” “pent roof” “hemi” cylinder head design too, a bit further down the track…
Pretty complicated but only a thought…
