2013 Hwasun Arcturus R V6

Korean cars are rarely a β€˜cool’ purchase, though Hwasun did atleast attempt to change this view with the R V6 version of their executive sized Arcturus. With RWD, a 3.8 V6 and a 7-speed Automatic, it is 100% the car for people who both want a sporty car, and don’t.. for whatever reason.

Given the reputation Hwasun has been given for being the car of choice for terrible drivers, the R V6 will certainly continue this trend, albeit running the red lights and hogging the overtaking lane at much higher speeds compared to the β€˜normal’ Hwasuns, not like that is a high bar though.

The 2013 Cascadia Intimidator CRT8 Talladega by far is one of the most memorable cars of it’s time. It marks a turning point in which sales of the rebooted Cascadia Intimidator skyrocketed and began the image of a car that is Iconic today. This is the true symbol of Performance, style, and ill-informed 17-year-olds begging for the limelight. It also helps that this car was one of Cascadia’s first licensed appearances in a mainstream video game.

(p.s. this is my first time entering a challenge or even posting on these forums, hope you guys like my ads, the need for speed one itself took quite a bit and learned me some photo editing skills. Thanks for reading!)

we have nearly the same pfp i was so confused :sob:

my bad :joy: , I just created this account a few days ago and haven’t bothered to adjust my pfp yet. I’ll make sure to do so as to not create more confusion.

Better change mine too, just can’t get a good one

The 2013 Wayward Conquest is among the last of a dying bread - the full size, rear wheel drive, American* sedan. Although thoroughly refreshed in 2010, the market for this style of car had been in decline since this platform was first unveiled in Australia in 2002.

For 2013, the Wayward Performance Vehicles team unveiled the WPV Spectre. Featuring a supercharged V8 outputting 560 horsepower to an all wheel drive system, its straight line grunt is backed up with active dampers and an aerodynamics package that puts its handling on par with the greats from Europe. On its launch, it was praised as a supercar killer. The Spectre would be updated in 2016, becoming the swan song of Wayward Australia.

The NS8 is the cheapest trim level featuring a V8 that isn’t a completely fleet-spec ute. Producing 375 horsepower sent to the rear wheels, it is available with a much more popular automatic transmission. It features suspension and its design involved aerodynamics. After arriving in North America in 2006, the XT6 trim was praised for matching the NA V8’s power with much better economy from a turbocharged inline 6. The NS8 did become popular with tuners as an incredibly capable platform, although, as used prices drop, it is also becoming popular with drivers that don’t treat their cars very well. The 2010 refresh strays a bit away, as it incorporates some of the interior luxuries tuners don’t like, but it is still just as exciting of a car as ever. The Spectre can’t even do burnouts.

I know it’s strange another way to get to know you
You’ll never know unless we go so let me show you
I know it’s strange another way to get to know you
We’ve got till noon, here comes the moon
So let it show you
Show you now

Dream me, oh dreamer
Down to the floor
Open my hands and let them
Weave onto yours

Feel me, completer
Down to my core
Open my heart and let it
Bleed onto yours

Feeding on fever
Down all fours
Show you what all that
Howl is for

Alcaeus motor works presents the new 2013 Venus GT.

The original Venus GT came out in 1967 and was a premium pony car with some aussie dna mixed in. With racing pedigree as well racing in pikes peak it isn’t all show no go.

However, during the malaise era sportiness wasn’t as emphasized and was a bit crap, so much rust you risk getting tetanus by (unless you want to swap a rotary engine in a 1982 Venus 2.2).

Revealed in 2008 the 3rd generation of the Venus GT a true return to form muscle car with retro styling all while keeping the pushrod 347 ci (5.7 liter) V8 and rear live axle of old.

Specs

  • 4.5s 0-60 mph
  • RWD 6 speed DCT sport transmission
  • Electronically limited 255 km/h top speed
  • 0-20m skid pad 0.95g
  • 1772 kg
  • VISD standard infotainment system and premium half tone leather interior
  • Retro GT stripes and integrated boot spoiler (+5hp already)
  • All season sport tires front and rear (ling-longs not included).
  • Front: 245mm, 20 inch β€œStraight Five” wheels.
  • Rear: 275mm, 20 inch β€œStraight Five” wheels.
  • 4 pot 360mm vented front and 300mm 3 pot vented rear brakes.
  • Sport tuned suspension package for extra steering potential (but we all know you’re gonna just swap in some cheap ebay springs and slam it).
  • LSD for huge burnouts
  • 369 hp @ 5700 rpm and 365 lb-ft @ 4500 rpm
  • Red-line: 6200rpm.

Despite using archaic technology such as the live rear axle and push-rod V8 this is the last hurrah of what a muscle car should be, unruly and having the chance to hit fire-hydrants along the way. Although the bumper guards are there more so for style instead of safety.
