Research system

i dont know if this idea have been posted:

  • reseach system to find new thechnologies or improve those you have used and when you build the same engine type several time the cost of this thechnology is less expensive

  • atmospheric pressure values one engine to do some tuning to adapt them countries i think this idea is about multiplayer mode to give difficulties to player to adapt their car to other countries

  • making options to cars base option is tissue seat and am / fm stereo but custommer can buy one with leather seat and mp3 / gps radio /// 4 cylinder engine to 6 cyl engine … and adding some extra fees to them

  • making renthal program or buying car option

  • some time after the release of a car model find a leak point to tham and making recall campaing and offer warranties on car and extended warranty

  • winter driving quote on cars

  • engine configuration ( replace position of airbox in engine bay or battery / turbo piping / radiator location )

  • making wear on parts to sell some replacement parts and parts parts availability ( back order / discontinued parts / inventory management & supplier ordering and management & importation times to a country to another and quality of materials stronger , weaker parts depending on company fund )

  • making security quote on car for habitat security

edit - buying engine, frame or transmission from other player and re sell it with your logo on it ( like gm did with ecotec platform with , cobalt / ion / g5 or cavalier / sunfire

edit- making association with other player or making sub division ( honda acura ) ( toyota lexus scion )

there was idea that came to me , maybe some have been posted ( sorry if yes ) :mrgreen:

As I know a research system is planned, in which you can “invent” technologies from the future, but after some time they will be available for all player and the future technologie will be expensive too.

I would also like the option thing, with different motors and car options, though I don’t know how difficult it is to inplement different buyer “characters” in the different regions in the world, in that i.e. one region prefers big eight-cylinder-motors and textile seats and another region wants turbocharged four-cylinders and leather seats. I suppose it’s rather difficult to simulate the money which comes to you with these different options when each car is kind of “unique”. I believe that I read in another thread that fleet costumers are eventually in the game too, but maybe not in the first release version (I’m sorry if I remembered wrong :wink: ). Also production failures and recall campaigns sound very good to me.
