Except the 50i was not the top of the tree. At £63,000 (1986) the 60Si was. It used a 6.4L V16 derived from earlier engines used in B9 and B7 models sold exclusively to Soviet Leaders, and produced over 500hp, making it one of the fastest saloons of its era.

BMC Autica- 201 A1, an American premium sport-luxury sedan including top of the line technology.
A front longitudinal Turbocharged 3.8 Liter DOHC 5V Inline 6 making 448hp@6500RPM and
475 lb-ft@3500RPM, redline 8000RPM. It has an efficiency rating of 30% costing $3536 in materials. Aluminum Semi-Space Frame with aluminum panels.

Sport run-flat tires, room for optional spare in trunk.
I think you should move the camera around rather than zooming out when you take photos of the car. It’s hard to tell how it looks with all that distortion.
