That’s going to be a no on both guesses so-far
Here’s the first clue:
The vehicle photographed was driven a particularly long distance, when new, in the 1950’s. It’s now held at a museum in the UK - the origin country of both the car and its driver.
And a slightly more zoomed-out image of the vehicle - there are a few hints written on the car itself here!
