I snapped that pic in Montreal, yes. Not far from the car’s origin since it was built in Sainte-Thérèse (one of Montreal’s suburbs).
In fact all 4th-gen F-Body (Camaro/Firebird) production during the 1993 to 2002 model years inclusive (from late 1992 to September 2002) was concentrated there - with the Formula being almost identical to the Trans Am (analogous to the Camaro Z28, whose SS package was equivalent to the WS6 option on the Firebird) mechanically, but with less standard equipment.
