So if I intepret this correctly, the truck may very well be from the 60s as well?
uhh i should probably change that
edit: it’s done now
So basically a technical or a Toyota with a gun mounted in the bed
yes, or Dodge d150 with a M2 Browning strap to the back
Is a base vehicle enough, or do we have to model guns etc. ?
yes, with the guns please
for clarity i didn’t knew that existed but uh that works too
edit: so i went and have a look, jesus christ it’s even the same year how the hell did that happened as well
this sounds interesting, im 100% in, but its gonna be a challenge to style a truck lol
Presumably the “must be a utility” in Automation means that you want the body to be a truck? Or are you talking about the market evaluation?
yea i mean a truck
I don’t think for something that’ll be deployed in a war zone that a catalytic converter would be necessary.
As those things would be sold for the precious metals inside
I mean the trucks will be brought through legal channels so yea
Like u wouldn’t expect toyota to send chadian fighters with trucks that dont have cats since they are just “normal” trucks right from the production line so do make them road legal
Also damaging ur best fighter’s health just for an extra bucks wouldnt be in the best interests for the Dalluhan military, again, its hard to train good soldiers
Ruling deadline over, now open for submission

Those points are what we saw in a cockroach we unfortunately had to deal with back in summer 1981. Those points inspired this pride and joy of ours. The Roach was made to be as simple and affordable ad possible, while keeping some interesting points such as a V8 engine, a 4x4 drivetrain, and a distinguishable, bold appearance.
Might not sound convincing, especially considering its price. But thanks to that and its astonishing hauling and terrain-conquering capabilities, the Roach has been one of our best-selling models, even more so than the preceding Raindancer. Its capabilities have been tested and approved by folks from every look of life, from farmers, traders, explorers, and more…
…so why not try fitting an anti-aircraft autocannon in the back?
Roof up
The Roach has a completely detachable soft top that can be put on if needed. In this case, it may be put on in some scenes, like in the rain or during a sandstorm.

It doesn’t have a fancy, large displacement 8 cylinder engine with tons and tons of power, but after all, why should it? An engine that powerful is simply not needed, the wheels would just spin in the sand, in the mud, in the grass, effectively rendering the vehicle useless! It doesn’t have beautiful, alloy wheels, but after all, why should it? They are less resistant and more expensive, and a hassle to maintain, effectively rendering them more of a bother than anything!
It doesn’t have a luxurious interior capable of giving you an out-of-world experience, but after all, why should it? A luxurious interior would just weigh you down, making you sink in the sand, lowering the towing and load capacity, effectively being counter-intuitive to the point of the vehicle! It does not have electrical gizmos, screens, electronic dials and gadgets, but after all, why should it? It’s essentially more stuff that is capable of breaking, because remember, what isn’t there, cannot break!
It’s a simple formula, really. 2.5l OHV in-line 6 cylinder engine, putting out around 115 horse-power, all that you will need for 99.9% of tasks, 4-wheel drive and a simple, manual-locking differential, light and simple interior, optimal suspension tuning, and most importantly, it is as reliable as death.
1986 Summit L90
Like a fashion star going to McDonalds.
The 1986 Summit L90 is essentially British, and that means luxury, even in things that will end up in a scrapyard or a cheap auction site in the next 10 or 20 years, so WHAT is it doing being served as a sand crawler? It may be because of it’s DOHC V6 pumping out 100hp, however this is no worry as it has the torque to handle, and has the reliability of a metal block to match. The smooth-running V6 can supply easily off-road with manual lock diffs, and on the dunes with off-road-grade tires.
And in the back lies a British Army turret, firing 5.56×45mm bullets, compatible with an average Light Machine gun, ready to pierce the backs of any enemy. This can be slid out at any time when the bed has been dropped down like a filming camera. With other plenty space and a gap in the canopy for forward fire.
However, this war torn piece of machinery lacks soul in the interior, the only remnant of what it once was lays in the fake wood panelling. It even ditches the centre console for an exposed gearbox for on-the-go repairs and adjustments However, each grip at the wheel is another fight, another challenge for the car. Every dial on the radio is another man lost. A simple British
peice of metal holds the first and final moments of every man who dares to go against it.

I couldn’t find any rules aside from engineering, specifically what advanced trim settings are allowed? I really hope wheel/tire are unrestricted; some otherwise fine-looking bodies can’t fit bigger than 620mm OD, which is ridiculous. Some wheelbase adjustments too?
1986 Bordeaux DX4 Armée
After a decade of service in the harshest regions of the world, Bordeaux decided to put the humble and reliable DL4 Berline under the knife in order to create a compact, reliable and capable pick-up truck – the DX4.
Furthermore, they have since partnered with defence contractor Armée to produce a specially prepared version of the truck.
A front crash bar and skidplate are added for improved frontal protection. A sports bar with a mount compatible with most assault rifles and even machine guns is installed in the bed.
There are also improvements in the mechanical department, with an uprated 2.5 litre petrol engine making 127 hp serving as replacement for the standard 70 hp diesel unit.
The suspension is vastly improved, with long-travel shock absorbers and progressive coils, which replace the leaf-spring setup in the rear axle. A switchable 4WD system with locking differentials is added as well.
