Last place, so much for H.A.'s Archanian engineering 
Good thing I didn’t expect very much from entering a Soviet style luxury car that I already had sitting around.
Just for fun, I considered entering this challenge a long time ago with what was a surprisingly competitive car (320 bhp, six-speed manual, RWD, premium interior and CD player with advanced safety - all for <20k - in 1995!), but balked when I realized it would not be loud enough - reverse-flow mufflers may have preserved a modicum of civility, but don’t provide as much aural stimulation. And since stability control was only introduced in 1997, I was afraid that it would not be drivable enough.
man, 5th place out of an old design i had laying around? wow. and i have since improved even more
