Was, but not so sure now. Some parts of it work well, others are either too hard to implement or I disagree with. Itās intentions are certainly good at least.

I know I shouldnāt judge music by the personality of the artist. If I did, then by all rights I would be boycotting Beethoven because he was a surly arsehole. But sometimes I feel compelled to take a stance on certain things, and that what I consume does carry a certain implicit acceptance of certain things. For example: I actually really liked Lostprophetsā first two albums (subsequent offerings, not really). But then the news broke that the lead singer was a total narcissist psycho who got his groupies to pimp their rather underage daughters to him and he got sent to jail practically forever. I just canāt listen to their stuff anymore. And judging by the reactions of his bandmates, I donāt think theyād particularly want us to, either.
Now, Iām not saying that deadmau5 is that bad. But he does seem like a bit of a jerkoff 
and Iāve somewhat distanced myself from the entire electro-house club scene as a whole because I kind of resent the whole party in Ibiza like nothing in the world matters crowd, even though I know that his latest album was actually supposed to be a bit genre subversive. Itās just that every time I poke my head into that area on, say, YouTube or something, I get brain cancer.
I dunno. Maybe you can spoonfeed me something. Maybe you can change my mind.

He is. I honestly think he hates what he does, but still does it because whatever. He mentioned once that half his music is just stuff heās made from experimenting and messing around with synethesisers. Itās a care-free, donāt-give-a-monkeyās-arse approach that also extends to him personally.
You see Iād have to disagree with you there. I think he somewhat distances himself from that lot, though heās certainly a part of it. Heās defitinetley a house artist (I mean who am I kidding, have you heard how repetitive some of his stuff is?) but heās someone you can appreciate - to some extent - without having to join such a crowd.
