Entirely depends on height and build. I weigh 190… I’d be anorexic / half-dead at 130. Get a body mass index test done, and check against a chart. Don’t take all this as fact though… “proper” weight is more of a suggestion because it has so many variables.
The next person doesn’t find being underweight attractive. (I don’t find it attractive, personally)

Weight plans until the age of about 20 are nebulous and to be treated with caution. Your bones and frame hasn’t finished cleaning out so your targets are not static. Also, your adiposity may not have finished changing and you may not have packed on your default amount of striated muscle, so that number may need to go up depending on your adiposity and developmental stage.
Also holy crap I’m close to 180lbs, I used to be 138 ten years ago… Then again current me could snap past me like a twig, if current me could even ctach past me
