Please put that in the post if possible, there is no way people will know otherwise.

Which Automation track are you going to use to simulate the Nordshleife

There is a nordschleife test track mod.

care to provide a link to where we can get the mod?

Does anyone know what a decent lap time would be?

Much appreciated

How’s about faster than 8 minutes, 30 seconds? I think that should be a competitive number?

Not one of those cars would be considered “cheap”…they are all in the $40000+ range

You mentioned the budget was updated to $45000, but the rules still show $40000. Which one is it?

40.000

yes

Powertrain

Introducing the Precision Engineering & Machining 18XX72, the latest advancement in high-performance V6 engines.

Crafted with precision and engineered for maximum efficiency, the 110-DIIS-MHBR-95 variant brings a harmonious balance of power, responsiveness, and fuel economy to the table. This engine is ideal for compact performance cars and crossovers that demand both agility and reliability.

Compact Yet Mighty

Despite its compact 110 cubic inch (1796 cc) displacement, the 24-valve DOHC 60° V6 design maximizes airflow and combustion efficiency. The result is a class-leading 272.9 horsepower at 7000 RPM and 243.3 lb-ft of torque at 4400 RPM, delivering a smooth yet thrilling driving experience. With a high redline of 7700 RPM, this engine is ready for performance enthusiasts who crave high-revving excitement.

Strength from Within

Built to last, the heavy aluminum engine block ensures a sturdy foundation while maintaining a lightweight design, tipping the scales at just 304 lbs. Precision-forged components, including a forged steel crankshaft, forged steel connecting rods, and lightweight forged pistons, enhance durability and reduce reciprocating mass. These high-quality internal components are designed to thrive under extreme conditions, making the 18XX72 a powerhouse ready to tackle any challenge.

Turbocharged Brilliance

The TwinForce parallel twin-turbo system is where the 18XX72 truly shines. Featuring ball-bearing turbos with variable geometry and an efficient wastegate, this engine delivers smooth and instantaneous power across the rev range. The 42.0 mm compressor and 38.0 mm turbine are perfectly calibrated to ensure optimal airflow, while the 263 hp-rated intercooler keeps intake temperatures low. The engine’s 11.60 PSI of boost guarantees that you’ll experience impressive acceleration and consistent performance, all while maintaining fuel efficiency.

Advanced Fuel System and Precision Control

At the heart of the 18XX72’s efficiency lies its direct injection system, offering precise fuel delivery for a cleaner, more efficient burn. Paired with individual throttle body intake and 10-degree timing advancement, this engine achieves seamless throttle response, making every drive dynamic and engaging. The carefully tuned 75% fuel map ensures that performance doesn’t come at the cost of efficiency, allowing you to enjoy the power without compromise.

Refined Exhaust and Acoustics

The exhaust system of the 18XX72 is engineered to enhance both performance and sound. Featuring mid-length turbo headers and a dual 2.00" exhaust, the engine breathes freely, resulting in optimal flow and minimal backpressure. High flow three-way catalytic converters ensure emissions compliance, while the combination of baffled first mufflers and reverse flow second mufflers refines the engine’s exhaust note to a deep, authoritative growl that excites the senses without overwhelming them.

The Apex of Engineering

With cutting-edge technology, robust construction, and a focus on delivering unparalleled performance, the Precision Engineering & Machining 18XX72 V6 engine stands out as the benchmark for compact, high-performance powertrains. I’ve done just about everything I could think of, including 2 different engines. 8:17 is the best I’ve managed to squeeze out of the limitations set by the rules…
