I still remember when those first Kias began to be marketed in America. they had pretty decent engines at first (those were based on then-current Mazda designs BTW.) Ours was a restyled Series-1 ('92-'97) Sephia GS 1.8 (USDM) with automatic transmission, which appeared to be its achilles heel BTW (My younguest brother had it converted over to a 5-speed shifter and eventually sold since). In the end it wasnât a bad car; It WAS just plagued with serious quality control issuesâŚ
That front overhangâŚ
My mom got a Sephia in the late 90s a year or so after I was born. Hers was a lemon (like many) and she traded it in a couple years later (because the dealer said the problem didnât repeat enough to get rid of it under lemon laws) on a 2000 Nissan Altima, which she says to this day is the best car she has ever owned.
Has this appeared here yet?
And hereâs one I always detested, mainly for that stupid ugly beltline they gave it.
I know youâre joking but that statement about all these cars pissed me off
I agree with the Reliant though
At least in Europe you can drive a Reliant Robin even if you had your license taken away from a DUI. I find that amusing that most European nations require no license to ride a motorcycle while here in the United States, you need an additional endorsement on your license.
You canât in the UK, you need to pass a motorcycle test within 2 years of getting your provisional licence.
However the reliantâs weight, power and no of wheels means it counts as a motorcycle - sidecar combo so you can drive it on a motorcycle licence.
My Dad did that for a year or so to transport our family of 4 around while he passed his full car licence.
Sooooooy un perdedor
Not weird or bad by any measure, but to me incredibly hideous. The other hyper cars can look still good while being futuristic (bar the 918) and unique, but this is just⌠not pretty.
@PottoGadd your posts gave me cancer⌠Ebola and probably AIDS.
Also, donât double post.
@Deskyx Hahaha finally someone say it! I agree with you. I think the looks must match the performance⌠Or be even better. Doesnât matter if you need to put a lot of vents, diffusers or wings, you can always makes them look good.
@Partario what? Which one do you drive?
This thing came to my country like 15 years ago, and since it was ridiculously cheap and must people are super poor, you saw this abomination everywhere.
But it turns out that It was so poorly made that a few years later it dissappeared from the streets because must of them were wrecked, broken, etc⌠Itâs a case of natural selection.
Well to be honest I think the P1 is the failure of the three though. It fails to stack up to the 918 in performance, which has less power, weighs more, a year older and cheaper. The LaFerrari really doesnât need to care about performing since the Ferrari badge sells itself and the F cars havenât exactly been the most impressive performance wise in the past.
Also the 918 gets a pass for being more of a hyper GT when it comes to losing to the Dodge Viper ACR on the track. But the P1 is very obviously not built for comfort, has almost as much downforce, has more power, weighs less, uses semi slicks too, has hybrid tech and dual clutch transmission. It is very much a track oriented road car. Losing to a track toy an eight of the price is unacceptable. And said track toy is not a KTM or a Radical, its a GT car with full interior that just happens to have sticky tires and a massive wing.
That thing deserves nowhere near the hype it gets.
I would drive them all. (that includes the Robin)
When it comes to ugly cars⌠ALL LIGHTS MUST BE SEPARATE!
When you accidentally make your taillights too wide in Automation xD
