Introducing the 2021 Akari Sintra, the newest incarnation of Akari’s compact sedan. Riding on the Synergy EVO platform, combining high strength steel and aluminum alloy for exceptional rigidity and lightness, making this the most agile Sintra ever. Pictured is the range topping SR Turbo with Premium Technology, with an MSRP of $31,800. It’s painted in Ikai Blue/Piano Black, with Onyx interior.

Featuring Akari’s signature “Jewel Eye” LED head and taillights, the Sintra makes a statement from every angle. It maintains the same technology as other Akari vehicles fitted with "Jewel Eye " lights, it performs an inteligent function check on engine start to verify that all portions of the lights are functional, and alerts the driver to any outages or errors via the instrument cluster. Upon approach to the Sintra in poorly lit environments, the head and taillights will automatically enable with keyfob detection.

Sintras are available with the choice of two powertrains. Standard on all models except for the SR Turbo, it receives a 150hp 2.0L naturally aspirated and direct injected inline-4, mated to a standard 6-speed manual or a 7-speed automatic, delivering power to the front wheels. The SR Turbo receives a 197hp 1.7L turbocharged and direct injected inline-4, mated to the same standard 6-speed manual or an optional 6-speed dual-clutch gearbox, also sending power to the front wheels.

This now concludes our presentation on the 2021 Sintra. For more images, please continue scrolling.

AL Autos at Auto Shanghai (Segment 1 of 2)

New%20AL%20Logo%20PNG%20v4

Hello everyone! Welcome to the first of two segments of AL Autos @ Auto Shanghai 2021. AL Autos has been working on a comeback for a while now. Through trials and tribulations, we have been coming up with a new design language as well as brushing up on our tunning and engineering. We have recently redone a lot of our lineup and are ready to share the results publicly.

The 2021 AL Autos Quaestus. Make an Impression in Style

Welcome to the newest iteration of our luxurious mid-sized sedan, the Quaestus. This is one of the first vehicles in our lineup to use our newest styling and engineering techniques. This iteration of the Quaestus is set on a newly designed chassis consisting of advanced high strength Steel and aluminum alloys. This chassis, named the AL-4DFAV, is a highly versatile chassis which can be used for both comfort and sporty focused vehicles. We utilized this chassis’ versatility to create a wide range of trims to suit these driving styles. The RGXLE+ trim pictured above is priced at $57,300. The Quaestus’ various trims can range from $46,100 for the base RGXLE to $76,100 for the high end sports trim, the RGS DTD. More details can be found bellow by clicking on the various sections.

Styling

The styling is one of the primary highlights for this iteration of the Quaestus. The Quaestus will be our first sedan to show the highlights of our new design language. We added more attention to detail to our lighting system and also crafted the grilled and fixtures to make sure they match the general theme.

The Quaestus is the first to exhibit our new signature lighting nicknamed the “Swallow Tail” which will be exhibited in various degrees on upcoming AL Autos vehicles. The Swallow Tail Headlights will light up the road to make it look as if it is daytime while not dazzling other drivers in front or on the opposite direction. In addition, all AL Autos models equipped with the Swallow Tail lighting system will feature automatically controlled high beams. The Swallow Tail lighting system is also connected to a new system integrated into all upcoming AL Autos vehicles, AL-QualityCheck (AL-QC for short). This system will continuously check for the quality of lighting all around the vehicle and alert the driver if any part of the lighting system is malfunctioning or damaged. Finally, the Swallow Tail Lighting System will acknowledge the owner of the car upon entering its proximity with the key fob by gradually lighting up and flashing the turn signals to allow for easier recognition of the vehicle in a parking structure environment.

The new Swallow Tail lighting system and housing also inspired the rest of our design language. We decided to use sharp angles and shapes to provide the Quaestus and upcoming AL Autos models a new distinct look that will help it stand out on the road. Depending on the trim, the new design language allows for both stately looking vehicles as well as aggressive sporty vehicles. Check out the gallery if you want to see how our new design language looks on the Quaestus.

Powertrain

The Quaestus comes with 4 powertrains crafted to suit the goal of each trim

The RGXLE and RGXLE+ luxury trims come with a 2.3 L Turbocharged 4 Cylinder and a 3.0 L Twin Turbocharged 6 Cylinder respectively. Both trims come standard with an 8 Speed ALTech Automatic Transmission.

The RGS and RGS DTD sport trims come with a 3.5 L Twin Turbocharged 6 Cylinder and a 5.0 L Twin Turbocharged 8 Cylinder Respectively. Both trims come standard with a 7 Speed Dual Clutch Transmission.

All trims come standard with an advanced all wheel drive system powering all 4 wheels with power distributions to suit the appropriate driving experiences.

We welcome you to a new RetroniX, a RetroniX starting anew as we begin the decade with one of a kind.

A boundary has been broken for RetroniX, building the car that will be our guide for future RetroniX sports cars and race machines.

With our technical expertise, motorsport experience, and our heritage that stems from our predecessor company Bradford Designs, we have created a platform that houses the culmination of all that are mentioned and we are proud to show you the TrackSpeciale-01.

TS-01 is a warm-up exercise for us at RetroniX as we shift our focus from conventional road cars to more non-compromising sports machines,we believe that the "Mélange" platform that houses the TS-01 will be suitable for any performance-oriented vehicles that will be in the nearfuture. It will come in three wheelbases, capable of front, middle, and rear engine placement, and in it will house a planned 3.3L V6 turbocharged engine, which will be a staple of the Mélange platform. As with the foreseeable future, the Mélange platform will be able to equip hybrid and EV technologies as to keep up with our competitors

In order for the Mélange platform to succeed it's goal of a flexible performance platform, we created TS-01 as a test of breaking the performance limitsthat were conceived by RetroniX. A prototype 3 litre turbocharged Inline 6 is found at the back of the TS-01, which is still undergoing further testing as we see that the TS-01 will be able to compete for Le Mans Hypercar class with Balance of Performance (BoP) modifications.

The all new for 2021 Raven Streamline. The latest in a long line of classic luxury GTs, starting in 1959 with the original Streamliner, and on to 1997 when the original style graced the new generation, with all Streamliners retaining the retro, evergreen style, and in 2012, the subtle name change to Streamline, the even number of letters brining more symmetry to the back of the car.

The front brings the original shapes of the 1959 Streamliner into 2021, round headlights and indicators now powered by LEDs, and chrome detailing, chromed using a new method that’s more environmentally friendly.

The front 3/4 begins to show the side profile, with strong rear arches, and a low front end. A timeless shape.

The rear is high-tech, functional, and graceful, with modern LED tail lights in a linear array, a functional grille, with a strip containing the Streamline name, split by the Raven Motors crest, while a large splitter and large retractable wing tame the Streamline’s immense power.

The side profile is the definition of grace and style, smooth curves and strong rear arches, accentuated by a window line that strictly follows the lines of the body.

So, the specs?
The bastion of the British GT lives and breathes in the centre of the car, a 6.5l NA V12 is mid-mounted, and drives 676bhp to the rear wheels by way of a 6-speed manual gearbox, with a 7-Speed DCT available as an option.
0-60? 3.3s
vMax? 215mph.
Price? $97,500.

AL Autos at Auto Shanghai 2021 (Segment 2 of 2)

New%20AL%20Logo%20PNG%20v4

Hello everyone! Welcome to the last of two segments of AL Autos @ Auto Shanghai 2021. We will be continuing where we left off by displaying another AL Autos model which has been redesigned using new techniques that we’ve been experimenting with for a while now. Let’s get right to it.

The 2021 AL Autos Regius. Bold & Elegant

Welcome to the newest iteration of our top-of-the-line full size sedan, the Regius. This is another vehicle in our lineup to use our newest styling and engineering techniques. This iteration of the Regius is set on a slightly modified version of the AL-4DFAV chassis which is our highly versatile chassis we used on the newest iteration of the Quaestus. For this chassis, we tuned it to be more subtle to provide the maximum amount of comfort possible to the occupants of the vehicle. The chassis used on the Regius has been named the AL-4DLFAL. There are two trims available for the Regius: The 1st trim is the RGXLEL trim priced at $94,700. The 2nd and top of the line trim is the RGXLEL Opulentum priced at $118,000. More details can be found below by clicking on the various sections.

Styling

The styling is, again, the primary highlight for this iteration of the Regius. With more added attention to detail added to our lighting system, grilles, and other fixtures, the Regius will stand proudly as our top of the line LWB/Full-Size sedan.

To distinguish the Regius from our other sedans, we decided to up the ante on our styling so that the Regius will not only look apart, but will stand out from the crowd as an eye catching LWB sedan. The Swallow Tail Lighting System for the headlights is still present but with modifications to fit inside the newest housing which we have nicknamed the Angel’s Wings. We have also modified the Swallow Tail Lighting System for the taillights to provide a sleeker and distinctive look from our other AL Autos models. Nonetheless, the Swallow Tail Lighting System is connected to our newest system, the AL-Quality-Check (AL-QC) for shot). This system will continuously check for the quality of lighting around the vehicle and alert the driver if any part of the lighting system is malfunctioning or damaged. Finally, the Swallow Tail Lighting System will acknowledge the owner of the car upon entering its proximity with the key fob by gradually lighting up and flashing the turn signals to allow for easier recognition of the vehicle in a parking structure environment.

As with the Quaestus, the Swallow Tail Lighting System inspired the rest of the design language used on the Regius. Sharp angles and shapes provide the Regius with a distinct look that is both sharp and stately. Check out the gallery if you want to see how our new design language looks on the Regius.

Powertrain

The Regius comes with 2 powertrains crafted to suit each trim.

The RGXLEL comes with a 5.0 L Twin Turbocharged 8 Cylinder connected to an AL-Tech 9 Speed Automatic.

The RGXLEL Opulentum comes with a 6.2 L Twin Turbocharged 12 Cylinder connected to an AL-Tech 9 Speed Automatic.

All trims come standard with an advanced all wheel drive system powering all 4 wheels with a 40F/60R power distribution.

Tech & Safety Suite

All trims on this iteration of the Regius come standard with AL tech Suite w/ AL Med Alert & AL Safety Check. These suites of safety systems will protect both the car and occupants from various hazards that the open road may present. Expand the following sections to see what is included in these suites.

You have managed to come up with a clean, simple design for the XC8, especially up front. I never thought that its lower grille could look this good with the use of just one fixture, but somehow it does. My only complaint is that, as a V8-powered car, an extra set of exhaust pipes would be welcome.

And you deserve even more credit for making something that doesn’t resort to a hybrid or even pure electric drivetrain for its stunning performance. The end result is therefore not too heavy, even in base form.

By the way, how many seats does it have? If it’s a four-seater (or 2+2), I reckon the rear seats could be removed in a future ultra-high-performance trim (with even more power - probably around 700 bhp or so) positioned above the Aria, to be produced in very limited numbers and priced accordingly.

Speaking of power, I expect that V8 to be turbocharged given how potent it is even in base form. But to choose to send all that to the rear wheels in all trims is a brave move, and one that keeps the weight down - and yet, I expect it to remain controllable even at the limit of its performance envelope.

All in all, the XC8 is a formidable entry into the high-end premium sports car/supercar segment, and one that deserves plenty of success in a crowded market.

It is a two-seater car as it is designed as a sports car instead of a GT. (Kinda like Aston Martin Vantage) This way the trunk can be slightly bigger too. XC8 aims to be a daily drivable sports car and I think people will prefer a bigger trunk rather then 2 literally unusable seats.

The V8 engine is indeed turbocharged as it can deliver more power without sacrificing efficiency and most of the car have a turbocharged engine nowadays. This car was planned to have AWD but it is surprisingly tame with RWD. Both trim have around 68 drivability (68.4 and 67.7 respectively) so I change it to RWD instead of AWD.
