I would like to see either a weight graph or a power to weight graph as well IF possible.
It is possible! Just wait for a day AND two.
WOO!!! I expect to be at the bottom of that list too BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! There must be SOMETHING my car is good at doing, maybe blocking others from passing with its sheer bulk? Being the pace car? There has to be a niche it fits into somewhere
EDIT: To clarify some things, if anyone gets the idea that I may be always “complaining” about how my cars suck think about this (since I can kinda see it that way), for this event I chose to model my car off of a 1977 Lincoln Mark V, that alone precludes any chance of winning LOL. I know going into these events that I will never win and most likely will always be near the bottom and that is OK with me, especially since it is a Lemons race Just finishing one of these is respectable (A.K.A. dont be like Roadkill!).
Good! The Zeemon seems competitive.
Looking forward for the second race… or other tracks where drivability is more important.
The PR-78B is about where I figured it would be… The true lemon it is, not good at anything.
Wait, I thought the last submission day was today, not yesterday? Oh well, there’s always a next time I guess.
I feared I would be last. Guess I was not
/evil laughter
I am better than some one!
4th on the clarkson index, I’ll take that! My car is in no way inspired by a late 80’s regal/montie Carlo/gnx/cutlass gm body.
7th! im glad!

That isnt too hard to do
10th, and out of that drunken mess! … I can’t complain
Will post more details later, but basically I put a tuned Maserati 4.9 V8 in a 240Z because race car. Seemed like a lemonsy thing todo.
I totally did ***not ***imagine a Buick Regal when I saw your car. Totally!
WOO!!! FIRST!!! Do I get a prize? I KNEW my car would win something
You won a free ticket for local fitness club!
WHAT. IMPOSSIBRU.
Seriously my lotus should not be winning any races whatsoever. I may have tuned it but it was always meant to be undriveable. Also when I say I tuned it, I actually ran it on Green Hell, not any of the tracks listed fot this contest
Given that our cars are driven by computers I’m not sure why the surprise is warranted. Turbo lag isn’t even simulated at this point, is it?

Drivability is still considered to be a strong factor on certain tracks… I actually don’t know most of the tracks we’re running on, but from what I’ve gathered from track building and discussions with devs, there’s an amalgamated statistic called “track sportiness” and “track drivability” which does penalise you if the sportiness of the track itself rises above 0, or has elevation changes. It’s far from perfect, seeing as we don’t have braking into corners and variable speed in corners, but it’s there. As for turbo lag itself, I’m not entirely sure, I assumed the value was derived from the shape of the torque curve.
In this case my surprise is more due to the fact I’ve strayed from my usual suspension setup, which carries a massive penalty on drivability and cornering speed. I’m doing at least a good 5-6 seconds slower around Green Hell than I could be doing.

Turbo lag is simulated, look at your boost bar and where you have no boost is your “lag”, when they implement 90s-00s turbo tech you will see the spool RPMs drop.
Strop, and what do you think that my group B inspired racer has as drivability? I have a 3.0 turbo with 665 hp and tons of negative quality. This warrants about 10 drivability and 45 sportiness. The difference between our cars must be on the aero, I’m running on full downforce mode for this challenge, so you’ll win on faster tracks, whereas my drag will slow me down.
