Here at G&W , one Samuel Godhap has been wasting spending an awful lot of good British money on preparations for this year's 24 hour Nürburgring race. We dabbled, for a little while, with the idea of entering Group One, but the BP6 power plant seemed far more suited to Group Two... and we have been testing potential candidates over the last few months. You see, our boffins found some... vagaries... in the regulations, and there has been much agonising, over a few bottles of rather fine gin, about possible questioning of the legitimacy of a most promising entry. While we're even paying for some of the lads from down at the Red Lion to travel abroad and observe what they can of the competition, you could hardly call passionate football supporters "spies", it is all above board; mind you, there was a slight misunderstanding where someone thought we were trying to steal the details for a race-ready car. That would hardly be sporting now, would it?
Right-o, chaps. Let's get ready to give these cars a jolly good thrashing. Now, where did I leave that German phrase book?
