No, but you can think of it as an addition to service costs. Lower is better but the power and prestige of a bigger engine has its benefits too.

How often does Takeshi need the car serviced?
Worth noting - Euro manufacturers back then could have some 2-litre specials too, for some markets like Italy (where >2 l = twice the tax, more or less). For those who like those little realism bits in their lore/lineup

There’s no way to really determine this. Service costs are an estimate of how much the owner of a car would spend on servicing the car. A lower reliability stat, on the other hand, means that Takeshi has to visit the mechanic more often.
