Oh damn it i forgot the brakes i hope it wont affect sales
Glad to see that Dynamite is still trying to keep a hold on their title of having the āworldās slowest turbocharged carā by releasing slow station wagons.
I agree with you, there is no consistency, Itās just unfiltered mind flow. Iāll fix spelling in a bit.
So true it hurts
Anyway as I said, Iāll fix stuff in a bit and add a bit more info.
EDIT: grammer fixed-ish so now itās more humane to read.
First some more info:
- The AFT time were Airfield track times where every car was on 125mm medium rubber. Why? The video I posted in op explains a lot. This test was done so simulate the car on the limit or in poor conditions. Clearly some car with unnecessarily raked tyres had huge problems here while others had same characteristics no meter what size were their rubber. Also times tell a good part f that story
- It is not purely abut the numbers. looks are a big part because I must feel good when I see my new toy/workhorse.
- Also stats tell just part of the story and Iām more interested in where you put q sliders or how are dampers setup etcā¦
- lastly there is something in my gut, when I see the car and it just feels right.
Who in the 41th winner?
5th @Leonardo9613 2.8 Brooklands
- One hell of a product,
- best NA engine out there
- bit expensive to run
- I canāt feel the shape
4th @gridghost Scarab Flare SW
- It is just so awesome
- look up
- max smiles per gallon
- Iāll be the only one smiling
- safety isnt that great
3rd @NormanVauxhall Znopresk Zenit ZRP Special
- does everything right
- but nothing stands out
2nd @oppositelock GSI Artemis
- I can feel it demonish wibe
- understated but smooth looks
- sweet engine
- simply not as good as no.1
1st @Dragawn Dragotec Helios
- best compromise
- great choice of quality
Thanks everyone for submitting, hope you had fun and see you next time
Soā¦ another well-deserved win for @Dragawn! Congratulations to him for making the best all-rounder among a field comprised mostly of wagons. If he decides to host CSR42, what will he ask us to build next? Not so long ago, in CSR39, he was looking for a trackday car, so I have a hunch he will be in the market for something more sensible for daily drivingā¦
doubt heās gonna host again.
but still @Dragawn congrats
the next round would be hosted by maybe opposite lock or norman then.
(iām a bit salty my car doesnāt get a honorable impression at the end. itās not often i build a wild card )
Those are the risks you take when you go Wildcard. Some people like 'em, others donāt. And sometimes a particular wildcard stands out, sometimes it doesnāt.
i guess so. not a single sensible thing about that car anyway
- OHV
- Carbs
- Pop-up headlights
- 4 speed auto for a premium car in 1995 that is supposed to be sporty
- stupid capacity
- basically an old muscle car disguised as a modern premium car
Nah, an old muscle car wouldāve had a 4 speed stick. What you were going for is land yacht. Which wouldāve been a 3 speed auto and really, really soft suspension.
4th and in a standard trim car (well, some quality were put into interior at least)
I was going for pure driving pleasure, and I guess i hit the head on the nail this time, altho the family would suffer someā¦
gratz to @Dragawn for making an awesome car (again)
@AirJordan Thanks for the wonderful competition! Once more there were a lot of strong and interesting contenders, it wasnāt just the weather that made me sweat while reading all of AirJordanās blurbs. Also, once more, ffs @koolkei A 7.5L V8, seriously?
If people are alright with it , Iām willing to host again, as Iāve got aā¦quite different idea for a buyer.
Iām not sure if itās alright for me to host again in such a short time frame (just 2 other hosts in between), or if I should give others a chance to host.
Soā¦I thought that perhaps the best way to deal with this is a 24H poll to anonymously let tyranny of democracy decide, if Nay has the majority after this timespan the torch gets passed on as usual in CSR starting with oppositelock. If Aye has the majority Iāll gladly put up a new round.
- Aye, just host, fine by me.
- Nay, two in between is rather little.
- Do I look like I care?

Soā¦ You already have a Baltazar Zeppelin for the road and a Smooth Pretaco for the track. That collection would make me quite envious if I were to see it in real life!
Well, the buyer wouldnāt be āmeā, but a rather different character. I still got another appetite to fill sportscar-wise but then CSR would just slowly become 50 shades of sportcars.
Iāve probably got a Dynamite to satisfy whatever car need you can come up with. Or, more specifically, to not satisfy it, but be an amusing āwhat the hell were they smoking, so I can avoid itā moment.
One goes to you for crazy car that is actually fine, second goes to @szafirowy01 for an awesome van and third mention to @Rk38 for the nicest design!
You all deserve a special spot
Feels a little rushed. Im not sure how doing aft on 125mm tires simulates the car on limit or poor conditions, thats literally racing the car with spare donuts on all 4 corners haha.
That feeling when your non-supercar is about the same performance as a contemporary BMW M3 and it is considered ātoo slowā.
Lower grip stock tyres were to help power sliding, as I thought you were suggesting rather than literally putting on spacesavers (do you plan to drive around on them?)ā¦
Critique of looks is perfectly fair, I prefer the sleeper look and not everyone else does. I would have thought comfort would have a stronger weighting though as these are meant to be family cars. My whole logic was ācomfortable premium wagon that happens to have fine steering and relatively high power-to-weightā.
Znopresk in a nutshell
You get the sense of what chassis is up to because grip is low ang engine can not play huge role in that. [quote=āLeedar, post:7863, topic:6447ā]

I get that a lotā¦Automation world 1 0 1. [quote=āLeedar, post:7863, topic:6447ā]
Lower grip stock tyres were to help power sliding,

But also lower the active safety with worse braking and manoeuvring and less comfortable than medium compound which was probably the best.
I for one like 50 shades of sports cars, but then Iām just mildly kinky like that rolls eyes
